Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with makeup free lashes. If it’s your first appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for time to fill out required client forms.

Please note – if you have eye makeup on, your lash artist will need to spend time cleansing your lashes which will take away from the time she could be applying lash extensions.
* Note – Can you please separate the Cancellation/No Show. Add the following description for No Shows

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel, regardless of the reason, we require 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hrs notice, you’ll be charged/responsible for 50% of the scheduled service/s. If you call, email, message or text to Cancel with less than 24hrs or you No show/No call on the same day of your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your services scheduled.

No Show/No Call

In the event you don’t call or show up for your reserved appointment, you will be charged/responsible for 100% of the services scheduled.

Refunds

There are no refunds on any services rendered.
This includes allergic reactions and retention of extensions.
Lack of following at home aftercare instructions or advice from our lash artists, resulting in irritation/inflammation, does not warrant any refunds or liability from Lashing Out Studio.
There is no guarantee of results on any services any results may vary from client to client.

Reservations

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking any appointments. The card will not be charged at the time of booking. The card will hold your reservation.

Note – for the Gift Card description can you take out the word Voucher

Emails, Voicemails, Social Media Direct Messages

When sending any messages to the Studio, we aim to respond within 24 hours. Sometimes our busy schedules don’t allow that however we will respond as soon as possible.

Lashing Out Studio has the right to refuse any service, at any time.
